Incentive Information
Focuscope utilizes Tremendous, an online payment platform, to send incentives to respondents. Payment to virtual participants may take up to 7-10 business days after project completion and payment to in-person participants may take up to 3-5 business days. The incentive will be sent to the e-mail address under which the participant registered for the study. The e-mail will come from rewards@reward.tremendous.com under the name ‘FOCUSCOPE via Tremendous’ and the subject line will read ‘Focuscope sent you a reward’. We strive to make the incentive redemption process as seamless as possible while adhering to legal obligations. Please remember that the Form 1099 will be a necessary step to claim any incentives exceeding the $599 limit for the calendar year. This process is essential for ensuring compliance with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) guidelines and is applicable to all customers eligible for such incentives. Rest assured that we value your privacy and will handle any personal information in accordance with our strict privacy policy. Once you have hit the $599 limit our incentive provider will send you an email notifying you have hit that amount, in order to receive your incentive that puts your over that limit you will need to complete a 1099 Form.
