Remote Recruitment Specialist-Part Time 

Summary: The recruitment specialist is responsible for recruiting qualified participants for market research studies, including phone surveys, focus groups, and online research panels. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to build rapport with potential participants, and the ability to work independently. 20-25 hours per week. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Participant Recruitment:
    • Contact potential participants by phone to screen for eligibility and invite them to participate in market research studies.
    • Utilize screening questionnaires to gather information about potential participants and qualify them for specific studies.
    • Clearly and concisely explain study objectives, procedures, and incentives to potential participants.
    • Professionally and effectively address participant questions and concerns.
    • Schedule and confirm participant appointments for interviews, focus groups, and other research activities.
  • Data Entry & Management:
    • Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities, including call logs, contact attempts, and participant schedules.
  • Quality Control:
    • Ensure the quality of participant recruitment by adhering to strict screening criteria and maintaining data accuracy.
    • Identify and report any issues or concerns related to participant recruitment to the supervisor.
  • Communication & Teamwork:
    • Effectively communicate with supervisors, team members, and other departments regarding recruitment progress and challenges.
  • Travel:
    • Bi-Monthly visits to the Oakbrook office are required.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written & verbal).
  • Associate’s or higher degree
  • Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace/Microsoft Office 

Work Location: Within 15 miles of the Oakbrook, IL  office.
