Job Title: Client Services Lead Manager
Location: Chicago, IL Schedule: Flexible, Days and Evenings (Minimum 20 hours/week)
Focuscope, a leading market research firm known for its expertise in qualitative research and focus groups, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Services Associate to join our growing team.
This is a vital role responsible for ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both our clients and research participants at our Chicago location. The schedule for this position is flexible and changes weekly, requiring a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, including evening shifts.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Greeting and welcoming clients to our locations
- Addressing client questions and concerns in a friendly and professional manner
- Setting up new client projects according to established protocols
- Checking in and processing payments for our respondents
- Provide post-project follow-up with project managers
