Check-in Process
- Hands-free entry
- We are taking temperature for all respondents, clients and Focuscope team members.
- Paperless sign-in sheet process
- Each participant will receive their own pen upon arrival
- Acrylic guards installed at high-touch surfaces
- Designated doors for both entry and exit of the office to limit interaction
- Bottle of waters and individually wrapped snacks will be provided to all participants
- Reduced seating to accommodate social distancing
Viewing Room
- Before and after each session all tables, chairs, doorknobs, handrails and high-touch surface areas will be disinfected
- All client meals are packaged per person. No family-style meals or shared snacks/trays will be offered. Disposable utensils, glassware, and dinnerware will also be available
- Limited viewing capabilities due to social distancing guidelines
- PPE items will be available for use
Conference Room
- Individually wrapped sandwiches will be served during mealtime session
- Acrylic guard dividers for individual interviews, and appropriate social distancing for group settings
- All tables, chairs, doorknobs, handrails and high-touch surface areas will be disinfected regularly
- At the conclusion of the project, participants will receive their incentives electronically from an on-site Focuscope team member
- PPE items will be available for use
Onsite Team Members
- Appropriate number of team members on site
- Masks and gloves will be worn by all on-site team members
- PPE supplies are available for use.
